This company has started their operations in 1980 and presence in Italy with 13 different subsidiaries all over the world.An Ideal Candidate:ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in achieving sales targets for the assigned geographic area. which includes managing the customers and generating product demand. The role shall include to cooperate to the growth of technical sales & sales specialist and Organizes demo trials, filed days, promotional activities and manages the local commercial initiatives.Key Competencies:1.5+ years of Experience in sales of Special Fertilizer. Plant nutrition/ Plant protection industry.
2.Good knowledge of the specific geographic territory.
3. A prior experience with farming companies is preferred.
4.Good communicator and well versed in writing contextual emails.
5.Thorough knowledge in agronomic and competencies.
6. Good written and oral communication skills
7. Leadership
8. Commercial, negotiation skills and customer oriented
