Position Summary Purpose Get trained on Project Management methodologies and support Project managers / team members on Project execution activities as per Plan. Duties & Responsibilities Functions ESSENTIAL Learn about the industry and related projects. Learn about the company tools, processes, and procedures. Learn project lifecycle and project execution activities from experienced professionals. Gain knowledge, skills, and experience throughout the internship. Learn how to maintain all relevant documentation as per the regional project management practices (SoW documents, change requests, schedules, risk register etc.) Understand project specific deliverables, timelines, contractual terms and conditions & agreements. Support project management professionals on project deliverables. Learn how to Communicate regular and effective project updates to all stakeholders. NON-ESSENTIAL Assist with any other duties as and when required. Undertake specific assignments/tasks as instructed by management. Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals. Safety Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment. Other Carry out training/work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems. Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company. Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities. Reporting Relationship Apprentice will be reporting directly to HR/Project Manager Qualifications Qualifications REQUIRED Graduate in Engineering (Preferred in Mechanical or allied branch) DESIRED Familiarity with project management terminologies (Preferred with some Certification) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics An individual should demonstrate the following competencies & qualities to be able to perform this role successfully: - Self-driven, positive attitude. - Communication skills. - Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills. Closing Statement Working Conditions This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
