- Partner with GenAI researchers and engineers to translate high-level objectives into structured workflows.
- Lead and execute large-scale data collection and evaluation processes with speed and precision.
- Develop, review, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
- Mentor team members while maintaining rigorous standards of quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to balance scale with quality.
- Master’s degree with distinction, or preferably a PhD, in a STEM discipline.
- Alumni of top institutions such as IITs, IISc, BITS, IISERs, NITs, TIFR, CMI, JNU, DU, UoH, or CSIR institutes (IICT, CCMB, etc.).
- Strong academic record with top performance in national-level exams (e.g., JEE, NEET, GATE).
- Proven track record of mentoring students who achieved top 100 ranks in JEE Advanced, NEET, or GATE.
- 10+ years of experience teaching JEE (Main/Advanced), NEET, or GATE-level students.
- Deep expertise in solving advanced undergraduate and postgraduate-level STEM problems.
- Demonstrated success in content development, including high-quality problem sets, question banks, and instructional material.
- Experience in innovative pedagogy, including animations, videos, and interactive teaching methods.
- Content Development: Expertise in designing original, challenging problems at JEE Advanced/Olympiad/GATE level.
- Subject Mastery: Strong conceptual depth with proven ability to solve all previous years’ questions for JEE Advanced and/or GATE.
- Pedagogical Innovation: Skilled at simplifying and presenting complex ideas through creative methods.
- Operational Rigor: Proficient with Google Workspace, detail-oriented, and highly adaptive to dynamic environments.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to explain technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
