Job Summary:We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and client acquisition for our PhD assistance services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for educational services, and a proven ability to meet targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate leads from various channels (online, referrals, partnerships).- Explain company services (PhD guidance, thesis writing, data analysis, etc.) clearly to potential clients.- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.- Prepare and present customized service proposals.- Coordinate with the technical and research teams to ensure smooth project execution.- Maintain records of all sales activities and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.- Attend academic fairs, webinars, and educational events when required.- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve services and client engagement.Required Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.- Knowledge of PhD/research education industry is a plus.- Good presentation and client-handling skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
