Job descriptionClient Acquisition:- Identify and acquire new high-net-worth and retail clients interested in investing in Pre-IPO and Unlisted Equity shares.- Leverage leads, networks, and personal connections to build a client base.Sales & Revenue Generation:- Promote and sell financial products like Pre-IPO shares, Unlisted Equity, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Bonds, etc.- Drive revenue growth by meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Convert investor interest into transactions with consistent follow-ups and consultative selling.Client Relationship Management:- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.- Provide product knowledge, market updates, and timely portfolio recommendations.Market Intelligence:- Stay updated on market trends, Pre-IPO opportunities, and newly listed/unlisted investment vehicles.- Collaborate with the research team to deliver the best investment advice to clients.Reporting & Compliance:- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, investment plans, and revenue milestones.- Ensure adherence to SEBI and internal compliance regulations.Skills Required:- Strong communication and presentation skills- Excellent understanding of equity markets, Pre-IPO & Unlisted share ecosystem- Result-oriented mindset with proven sales track record- Ability to work independently and meet targetsPerks & Benefits:Fixed Monthly Salary- Performance-Linked Incentives (no upper cap)- Exposure to niche investment products like Pre-IPOs and Unlisted Shares- Growth opportunities in a fast-growing SEBI-registered firm (ref:updazz.com)
