Job Description 1. Develop and implement system for loading unloading, shifting of in coming / outgoing materials properly with safety and valid documents. 2. Ensure to minimize / avoid re-handling of materials. 3.Supervising and ensuring stores activities related to receipt of materials, storage and preservation of items, shifting of approved material, issue of material, out warding and forwarding billing are done timely and properly. 4.Knowledge of SAP/ Krones / Cognose. 5. Preparation of PR / MR and service entry of vendors bills within stipulated time. 6.Maintain all MIS records related to raw material handling work, like availability, running hours fuel consumption, material quantity handled ect on date to day basis. 7. Rakem unloading / loading demurrage and reasons of delayed in rakes etc report to be maintained and reporting. 8. Vehicle checklist as per safety standard SOP / HIRA / 5 S and WCM to be implemented and maintained at site.
