Our mission is to cultivate a thriving community of innovative thinkers and change-makers who drive economic growth and social impact.Job Description:As an HR Intern at The Entrepreneurship Network, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management within a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with our HR team to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.Responsibilities: * Talent Acquisition Support:
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and background checks.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Help organize and prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Support the orientation process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and collecting feedback from departing employees.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in collecting feedback and evaluating the effectiveness of engagement programs.
  • Contribute ideas for improving employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
