- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Help organize and prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
- Support the orientation process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and collecting feedback from departing employees.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Employee Engagement:
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in collecting feedback and evaluating the effectiveness of engagement programs.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
