Our startup has been shortlisted in '𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮', twice.Job Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to build a career in Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships.This role involves identifying potential partners, engaging with academic institutions and organizations, presenting our initiatives, and driving collaborations that support our mission of solving unemployability and building a global professional ecosystem.The candidate will start as a Sales Intern / Business Development Trainee and can grow into a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive based on performance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales & Lead Generation
  • Identify and research potential clients, colleges, and organizations for partnerships
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and networking
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential prospects
Client Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Reach out to colleges, faculty members, training institutions, and industry partners
  • Introduce the organization's initiatives, programs, and ecosystem
  • Build long-term professional relationships with stakeholders
Product / Initiative Presentation
  • Conduct introductory calls or virtual meetings with prospects
  • Present initiatives, programs, and opportunities to potential partners
  • Explain value propositions and benefits clearly
Partnership Development
  • Support onboarding of colleges, institutions, and partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth collaboration and execution
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders for future opportunities
Sales Reporting & Tracking
  • Maintain records of outreach, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or trackers
  • Track conversion metrics and partnership engagement
  • Share weekly reports and insights with the sales leadership team
Market Research
  • Research market trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities
  • Identify new segments and expansion opportunities
  • Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, partnerships, and networking
  • Ability to confidently conduct professional calls and presentations
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Passion for working in a purpose-driven organization
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field
  • Freshers are welcome and having relevant experience would be preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
  • Laptop and stable internet connection required
