You will be responsible to handle all the admin, follow up and implementation tasks that would be run under the guidance of a Manager.Roles and responsibilities:

Handle all coordination with the internal design team and external digital marketing agency
Brief in designs to internal teams accurately, ensure briefs are understood, follow-up with them on submission timelines and flag any delays to the respective Manager etc.
Ensure quality checks on designs in terms of content accuracy, adherence to technical specifications
Checking all artworks are labeled properly or organize them in the correct folders and shared with the external agency on time
Ensure that all artworks have been published online by the external agency and check them to ensure content is accurate and displayed as expected
Review campaigns on a daily basis to prepare reports on activity & spend

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
1+ Years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles, preferably in the blockchain, fintech, or technology industry.
Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI-driven outcomes.
Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and attribution models to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform decision-making and campaign optimization strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts, campaign results, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plus.
Event marketing (exhibitions, trade shows, conferences) experience is a plus.
