- Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and outreach effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or B2B sales environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
