- Key responsibility is to drive the sellout targets of all the stores of an assigned territory through store level promoters.
- Ensure availability of stocks (in co-ordination with KAM) at all stores and products are displayed as per the planogram at the right locations to maximize Display
- Ensure promoter attendance, hygiene, identify training needs, providing regular in store product and sales training.
- Maximize promoter productivity there by maximizing Counter
- Assist in recruitment, ensure attendance monitoring and productivity
- Ensuring market and outlet coverage plans are met as per guidelines.
- Implementing activations and in-store promotion
- Ensuring implementation of all Branding elements at the appropriate place and Maximise POSM and branding within stores.
- Minimize DSRC and CSRC
- Informing on competitive activities on timely basis and implementing recommendations for countering competitor activities
- Developing & maintaining relations with in-store Managerial
- Coordinating with the Key Account Manager/Executive on day-to-day basis in terms of getting the right Product Mix
- Position Title – TSE/TSO LFS (Sell Out)
- Geography Covered- The candidate will cover the respective State (He will handle the same geography as RTMM)
- Total Experience -3 to 8 Years
- Age – 27 to 35 Years (Max) (Upper side)
- Qualification – Minimum Graduation (MBA is an added advantage)
- Reporting to- Regional Trade Marketing Manager.
- CTC – Maximum 7.5 LPA + Incentives/ Good hike on current salary
- Direct Reporting - Will handle Off Roll TL
- Languages Known- English /Respective Regional Language.
- Industry- FMCD (Small Appliances preferably)/FMCG/Retail (Apparel & Luggage Segment)
- Experience in Modern Trade is compulsory & Sell Out is preferred.
- Candidates from General Trade & E-Commerce will not be considered.
- More Exposure to Regional Accounts is an added advantage
- Candidates who have handled business of 15 Crs PA & above will be only considered.
- Working Knowledge of SAP is preferred & Good Working knowledge of Excel is compulsory.
- Good Communication & Influencing Skills & Strong Coordination across all functions is a must (Please confirm)

- Off Roll Team Handling Experience is compulsory.
