Infotel India is seeking an experienced ETL, Python, Visualization Lead to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of ETL processes, developing Python-based solutions, and creating compelling data visualizations that empower business decisions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to ensure efficient data workflows and impactful insights. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert with strong leadership skills to make a significant impact on our data projects and client outcomes.Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines
Work with large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity
Develop data processing solutions using Python
Build dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau or similar)
Lead and mentor junior team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decision-making
Optimize data workflows and improve system performance

Requirements

🔹 Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in ETL development
Hands-on experience in Python
Expertise in Data Visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / equivalent)

🔹 Preferred Skills:

Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
