This position is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving leadership development initiatives that build leadership depth and capability across the organization. Partnering closely with senior leaders, HR, and development advisors, the role combines strategic insight with disciplined program management to ensure leadership interventions drive measurable impact and align with enterprise priorities.Primary responsibilitiesLeadership Development Strategy & ExecutionTranslate organizational strategy and evolving leadership priorities into high-impact leadership development solutions.Execute leadership development programs that address both individual and collective capability needs across leadership levels.Ensure programs are rooted in strong learning design principles and aligned with business outcomes.Program & Portfolio ManagementLead end-to-end program management for multiple leadership development initiatives, from concept design through execution and evaluation.Establish robust governance, development rhythms, and delivery discipline to ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness.Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies across interventions.Stakeholder Partnership & CollaborationAct as a trusted partner and connector between senior leaders, HR, the CLO organization, and cross-functional stakeholders.Build strong relationships to drive alignment, engagement, and sponsorship for leadership development initiatives.Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to enhance program quality and reach.Content Development & Learning DeliveryLead end-to-end program design through internal and external partnerships to strengthen leadership capabilitiesOversee the creation, curation, and maintenance of leadership development content, toolkits, and evaluation mechanisms.Ensure learning experiences are engaging, relevant, and adaptable to virtual and hybrid environments.Leverage learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and digital tools to support scalable delivery and learner experience.Executive Communication & Change EnablementDevelop and execute clear communication strategies to support program adoption and sustain momentum.Provide regular, concise, and insight-driven updates to senior leaders on program status, outcomes, and impact.Serve as an advocate for leadership development as a strategic driver of organizational performance.Measurement, Risk & Performance ManagementProactively identify and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder confidence.Track participation, progress, and outcomes through strong data and reporting practices.Measure effectiveness, impact, and return on investment (ROI), leveraging insights to inform continuous improvement.We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
