Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance program
The Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance program covers systems that support adherence to personal compliance policies (e.g. personal account dealing), registrations, affirmations / disclosures and compliance education. This role will be based out of Pune, once COVID restrictions are lifted.
The GCRG IT Technical Lead is a key technical role within the Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance Program. The successful candidate will have technical delivery responsibility for multiple global initiatives, managing and integrating change activity involving diverse systems, technologies and processes. This involves supervising and managing all aspects of delivery, liaising with stakeholders across IT & Compliance and management of the outsourced team. Candidate is expected to be well versed in Postgres technology and willing to lead Cloud migration strategies. In addition to technical responsibilities, this role entails some project management responsibilities.
- evaluate, plan and integrate technical infrastructure solutions
- guarantee a secure infrastructure environment as well as production stability and performance
- analyze errors in systems and define corrective measures
- ability to review stories / requirements, design solutions, and develop software components within Agile delivery framework.
- collaborate with other global IT and cross-functional teams as group moves towards agile delivery solutions

Your team
The Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance program covers systems that support adherence to personal compliance policies (e.g. personal account dealing), registrations, affirmations / disclosures and compliance education. This role will be based out of Pune, once COVID restrictions are lifted.
Your expertise
- a bachelor degree in computer science, computer information systems or related field of study
- you will be responsible for end-to-end technical aspects of projects, from initiation through analysis & development to handover to production support teams
- deliver technical change to the compliance suite of applications by guaranteeing accurate, on-time execution, adherence to quality standards, timely and accurate reporting while managing issues and risks
- understand Agile sprint planning. Be active in development and delivery of backlog items.
- work with scrum masters to ensure that adequate skilled resources are assigned to the sprints
- implement appropriate record management and security controls for applications
- engage business analysts, scrum masters, product owners, developers, outsource vendors and end-users at appropriate stages in the Agile lifecycle.
