- Support and implement hotel sales and marketing plans.
- Manage, coach, and guide the sales team to deliver results.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Represent the hotel in trade shows, sales calls, and community activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality (preferred).
- Minimum 4-5 years of hotel sales experience, including supervisory responsibility.
- Knowledge of the local market and corporate sales opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with IHG sales systems (Concerto, Delphi, Amadeus) preferred.
