for our MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication
skills, experience in HR operations, and the ability to align HR initiatives with
business goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make hiring
- Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and
- Manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee
- Oversee payroll operations, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Performance Management:
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the MEP or
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR software
- Good problem-solving skills
