Successful candidate for this position should be able to demonstrate 12+ years' experience leading and performing the following functions supporting & developments of Oracle EBS Financial implementation:
Responsible for leading development and technical support of Oracle Financial (AP/GL, FA...) and custom modules interface, conversions, reports and other customizations including creation of documentation, code and unit test results.
Candidate must have knowledge and experience on Technical Support & Development of OAF.
Responsible for independent development and enhancements of Bechtel custom applications in Oracle tool set.
Working with production support team to assess, resolve and deploy fixes for system defects on Oracle Financials Release 12.
Prepare and execute unit, system, and integration test cases.
Resolve Technical issues including Oracle SRs
Design and implement functional and technical configuration.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Systems from an accredited college or university
5+ Years experience leading development team performing Oracle EBS projects with financials modules and tool set.
10+ Strong PLSQL, SQL, Oracle Database experience
10+ Years' experience on Oracle Forms, XML Publisher and Oracle Reports
10+ Years' experience on two or more Oracle Financials modules (PO/AP/AR/FA/GUProjects) and Application Foundation (AOL) under Oracle Release 12 environment
Should have good working experience on RICE components like; XML Publisher, Workflows, Performance Tuning and Interfaces (API)
Write Technical Design documents from provided Functional Designs, and create Unit test documents for the related areas
Ability to teach/help others the technical and functional knowledge and abilities needed to achieve results at the optimum level of performance.
Team Player, able to provide input into a multifunctional team.
Able to communicate about technical issues to non-technical coworkers •
Self-motivated, capable of working with limited supervision, pro-actively reporting on status and tasks
Adaptable - The role requires a willingness to take on tasks outside of a narrowly defined role, and ideally a desire to be multi-skilled
Capable of working to both tactical and judicious timescales
Demonstrates strong knowledge of concepts and theories in own discipline.
Perceived internally and externally as technically knowledgeable in the specific modules assigned.
Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum

Preferred Abilities

Preferred knowledge/experience with Web services, XML gateway, ECC, OIC and SOA Integration knowledge
Oracle Apex knowledge would be advantageous.

Additional Information

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in end-client facing roles will be strong plus.
Ability to work under pressure and in an environment with multiple clients.
Flexible to work in Shift.
