This role is a group level Digital Head role which which will lead the end-to-end digital strategy for a well-established conglomerate, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership across performance, content, and digital innovation.
  • Own and execute the overall digital marketing and digital growth strategy
  • Lead performance marketing across paid media, SEO, and marketing analytics
  • Drive digital customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across brand, sales, product, and tech
  • Manage agency partners and external digital vendors
  • Track and report on digital KPIs, ROI, and optimisation opportunities
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, and emerging technologies
  • Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team
