We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of National Director - Coworking Sales. The ideal candidate will possess extensive post-MBA sales experience, particularly within the coworking, IPC, leasing, or B2B sales sectors. This individual will be responsible for leading national sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the effective management of sales teams and territories.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across India, with a focus on the coworking sector.
*Lead and manage a mid-sized sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development , onboarding
*Assume responsibility for P&L management of multiple centres across the country
*Utilize strong data analytics capabilities to inform decision-making, identify market trends, and optimize sales strategies.
*Implement and oversee a process-oriented CRM approach to drive large lead flow and ensure efficient lead management and conversion.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives.
*Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and partners to drive business growth and expansion opportunities
*Develop channel partnershipTo work in a leading Co-Working space company|To lead a growing business and teamMinimum of 8+ years of post-MBA sales experience, from Coworking, or Commercial real Estate sector (leasing/Broking), or Enterprise Sales Experience across IT/SAAS/relevant sectors

MBA from a Premier Business School.

Demonstrated experience in leading mid-sized teams and managing P&L for large territories.

Strong data analytics and presentation capabilities, with a proven ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Experience in driving large lead flow through a process-oriented CRM approach.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
