Asst Manager - Operations

• Planning the monthly/quarterly and annual manufacturing strategy at a unit/converter level, while ensuring demand fulfilment as per the agreed Service level agreement across functions
• Deliver cost saving through optimum Raw material planning, Design planning, low-cost capacity/capability onboarding and agile supply planning
• Enable seamless portfolio changeovers for production and design planning, thereby aiding in maximizing the division’s revenue potential
• Actively monitor the bucket wise, channel wise production trends, allowing to maximize capacity utilization across the network and reconcile monthly demand data as a part of forward inventory control, maximizing the division’s top line
• Support new product/design theme/value addition costing, development, sampling and execution
• To drive the onboarding, training and development of new talent, vendors, manufacturing systems, central learning resources/data and other technical projects
• Execute the monthly liquidation of Aging Raw materials and consumables, fast-tracking asset realization
