This role requires a strong aesthetic sensibility tailored to the luxury and fine jewellery market, with an ability to transform ideas into compelling visual narratives.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction and Execution:

Develop visual creative briefs with clear direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.

· Assist the Brand Director to create original content for the brands across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with the Brand Director and Creative Team to establish and maintain a cohesive brand vision, voice, and visual identity.
Create final layouts, storyboards and visual references to the brand team for approvals and incorporate feedback as needed to support storytelling and campaign narrative.
Maintain a consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
Work with cross-functional teams including studio, content, marketing, and external freelancers or agencies to execute creative deliverables.

Design Execution:

Design templates and layouts for marketing & CRM campaigns, packaging, lookbooks, and event branding.
Conceptualise and design digital mock-ups across the brand’s digital platforms, including social media and website.
Brainstorm and collaborate the production of high-quality graphic designs for digital assets, brand collaterals, print templates, and communication materials.

Research and Analysis:

Conduct competitor analysis to guide creative development.
Reference relevant visual and cultural concepts to inspire internal teams and elevate creative output.

RequirementsKey Requirements

6+ years of experience in a visualizer or graphic design role, preferably in the luxury fashion or jewellery industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design skills, and luxury branding sensibilities.
Strong knowledge on various digital platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgement.
Ability to handle multiple projects with agility and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital design tools.
