- Review MSP’s working results, including but not limited to the following items: Journal Entries; Error log; Desk Top Procedure; Exclusion List; Unapplied cash and credit; Past due; Special GL account; Root Cause Analysis; Bad Debt Archival Entry; Write-off uncollectible balances; Bank charge and LC charge
- Support MSP to resolve any dispute with internal party and external customers/dealers
- SOX document preparation and review with MSP; SOX SOD Mitigation control review
- Support any Biller Direct issue from dealers
- Manage escalations and actions on customer Queries
- Factoring document and payment approval in TRAX
- Manage internal projects and support to share the process knowledge
- Support BU driven projects, perform UAT and data validation
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in Collections / Accounts Receivable management.
- Systems Expertise:
- Mandatory: SAP (CBS/Mach1)
- Preferred: RMS
- Having an expanded knowledge of Caterpillar’s businesses, products, suppliers, customers and policies.

- This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the Hosur Facility
