Job Post - Training Will Be Provided if Required - Company: AmBa Advisors - Advanced Management & Business Associates. Location: Rukhmani Nagar, Amravati. Type: On-Site. Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience) . Role: Office Administrator (Operations) . Shift: Night (7 PM - 3:30 PM Including Brake) Qualification: Background in Commerce, Diploma, BBA, MBA, Or related experience of 3 Years (+). Must Have Skill Set: Basic Accounting, MS Excel, MS Word, PPT, Written English, Effective Communication via Text and E-mail. Nice to have Skill Set: Spoken English, Reporting, Vendor Management. Summary: Advance Management & Business Associate is a Health Support Organization that provides critical assistance, resources, and operational support to various facilities, including Healthcare Service organizations, Hospitals, MRI Centers, and Dialysis Centers. Their primary goal is to ensure that these facilities' operations are well-organized, efficient, and effective. Responsibilities: Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating patient flow, maintaining patient records, and handling correspondence. Handle financial aspects of the Healthcare practice, including billing, insurance claims processing, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, and financial reporting. Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and profitability. Coordinate patient appointments, manage the Healthcare office schedule, and optimize appointment booking to maximize productivity and minimize wait times. Confirm appointments and follow up with patients as needed. Audit and Verify patient insurance coverage and ensure the patient file is completed before an appointment. Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA guidelines, OSHA requirements, and state Healthcare board regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
