The OpportunityPlanview is looking for a GTM Engineer to accelerate our growth by combining deep technical expertise with AI-powered go-to-market strategy. This role sits at the intersection of RevOps, Data Science, and Growth Marketing—empowering Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to operate smarter and faster. What You'll Do
- AI-Driven Segmentation & ICP Clustering
- Use machine learning and clustering models to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and create high-value customer segments.
- Funnel Analytics
- Deploy AI-powered analytics to measure, monitor, and optimize conversion funnels across the customer journey.
- Predictive Lead Scoring
- Run predictive models to assign scores to leads and accounts, improving prioritization for Sales and accelerating pipeline velocity.
- Collaboration with Demand Generation
- Partner with Demand Gen to design and optimize campaign targeting strategies, ensuring marketing investments hit the highest-value accounts.
- Insight Translation
- Translate data-driven findings into actionable campaign insights and sales plays that drive measurable growth.
- Education & Technical Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on data modeling and analytics experience.
- Professional Experience
- Background in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Account-based Marketing or as a Salesforce (SFDC) Admin with proven subject matter expertise.
- Experience working in SaaS environments, ideally with enterprise-level GTM teams.
- Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and RevOps tech stack.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools for GTM workflows (e.g., lead scoring, NLP-driven insights).
- Mindset & Passion
- Demonstrated passion for AI and its application to GTM excellence.
- Growth-oriented mindset: eager to experiment, learn, and scale what works.
- Strong communicator with the ability to bridge technical insights and commercial outcomes.
