This is to 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽 between the 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 & 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗮, to help 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 in their 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵. & 𝗠𝗴𝗺𝘁. 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 for 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲.𝗣.𝗦.Our startup has been shortlisted in '𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮', twice.𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:Looking for fresh graduates who want to build a career in operations, program execution, stakeholder coordination, and large-scale initiative management.This role focuses on execution excellence—ensuring that academic partnerships, student programs, events, and community initiatives run smoothly, on time, and as per defined SOPs.They will start as an Operations Intern, progress to an Operations Trainee, and eventually transition into a full-time Operations Executive, subject to performance and business requirements.𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:1. Operations & Program Execution
- Support the execution of city-level and regional initiatives under Cloud Counselage and IAC
- Coordinate end-to-end operations for employability programs, internships, and academic initiatives
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, timelines, and SOPs
- Track daily operational tasks and ensure smooth on-ground and virtual execution
- Assist in onboarding colleges and universities into the IAC ecosystem
- Coordinate with college authorities, faculty, placement cells, and entrepreneurship cells
- Support MoU coordination, faculty programs, student onboarding, and institutional follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of academic partnerships and program participation
- Support planning and execution of webinars, workshops, hackathons, mentorship sessions, career fairs, and campus events
- Coordinate logistics, registrations, communication, and scheduling
- Ensure operational readiness and compliance with event guidelines
- Track attendance, participation, and feedback for each activity
- Coordinate with student volunteers, community champions, and campus coordinators
- Support task allocation, progress tracking, and follow-ups
- Ensure consistency in execution across colleges and regions
- Act as an operational point of contact for assigned institutions
- Handle and resolve IAC Member queries
- Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on program execution and engagement metrics
- Share insights, challenges, and improvement suggestions with central teams
- Document best practices and success stories from operations
- Passion for a career in Operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
- Prior internship experience in operations is a plus
- Working laptop and stable internet connection (mandatory)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Event management and program coordination experience
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
- Stakeholder management especially with academic institutions
- Community engagement mindset with empathy and leadership
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, CRM, etc.)
- Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about youth empowerment
- Leadership skills with ability to manage teams and handle multiple colleges
- Strong planning, coordination, and reporting abilities
