This is a full-time position requiring a professional with a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will oversee store operations, manage inventory, and ensure excellence in customer service.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring a high-level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels, implement ordering processes, and coordinate stock receiving and distribution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the store team to meet productivity and service objectives.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to execute in-store promotions and events.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on store sales, revenue, and overall performance for senior management review.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Experienced in using Tally ERP or Busy Software for maintaining records and financial transactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Effective store operations experience to oversee sales floor, manage stock replenishment, and customer service.
  • Strong skills in store planning to optimize space utilization, merchandise layout, and visual merchandising.
  • Efficient stock control abilities to reduce shrinkage and manage stock discrepancies.
  • Excellence in store supervision to direct the team, ensure compliance with policies, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with employees and foster a team-oriented culture.
