Job descriptionPosition: 3-Wheeler Auto DriverJob Type: Parcel Delivery (Grocery, Healthcare, and E-commerce like Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)Shift Timing: 12 hours per dayWorking Days: 26 days (Sunday off)Payout: Every 15 daysLogin Time: Minimum 10 hours login required in the appTrips: Maximum 4 trips daily (assigned through software)Job Responsibilities: * Safely and timely delivery of parcels using a 3-wheeler electric or CNG vehicle.

Deliver grocery, healthcare, and e-commerce parcels (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.).
Stay logged in to the delivery app for at least 10 hours daily and accept assigned trips.
Maintain good communication and behavior with customers.
Follow all traffic rules and company policies.
Take care of the vehicle's cleanliness and basic maintenance.
Complete up to 4 delivery trips per day as per the software schedule.
Report to the supervisor and update about delivery status or any issues.

Requirements: * Valid 3-wheeler driving license.

Basic knowledge of using delivery or navigation apps.
Familiarity with local routes and traffic rules.
Responsible, punctual, and polite behavior.
Ability to work for 12-hour shifts regularly
