- Administer and manage the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), including environment provisioning, user access, capacity management, and monitoring.
- Establish and enforce Power Platform governance policies, including data loss prevention (DLP), security roles, connectors, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and business applications using Power Platform tools.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions and integrations.
- Administer and manage the O365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD.
- Manage hybrid O365 environments and perform Exchange Server administration, including recovery and maintenance of Exchange databases.
- Use PowerShell scripting for automation and administration of Windows, Exchange, and AD/Azure AD.
- Utilize Microsoft Graph API for advanced integrations and automation.
- Perform O365 license management and support compliance and audit readiness.
- Monitor and manage data loss prevention (DLP) policies and security configurations across Microsoft 365.
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively recommend improvements.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in enterprise systems administration, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform administration and governance.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with Power Platform CoE Starter Kitand environment strategy.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scriptingand automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph APIand REST APIs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
- Engineering or technical degree with a solid academic background.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
