- Problem solving and Implementation of Corrective measures
- Preparing Design Records and Testing Data
- Expertise in using Catia V5 and Vehicle Packaging
- System level understanding of ICE vehicles
- Understanding of Wire Type & Wire Size selection
- Fuse rating & wiring harness child part selection
- Understanding of Vehicle assembly parameter's
- Understanding of EMI,EMC, Transients and impact of same w.r.t wiring harness
- Team Player, Innovative and learning capability as Soft Skills are required
- Basic Knowledge of Plastics and sheet metal part manufacturing
- Trouble shooting and analysis of system level defects
- Analyse data and generate reports and make design changes for problems observed
- Testing and validation support at System level and vehicle level testing
- Completion of Development by meeting Quality, Cost and time targets
