This full-time position is perfect for those with a maximum of 3 years of experience. The selected candidate will work with cutting-edge technologies to optimize production processes and ensure quality standards. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing to improve efficiency and reduce waste in production processes (Mandatory skill).
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for creating and modifying engineering drawings (Mandatory skill).
Strong understanding of Process Optimization to enhance operational performance (Mandatory skill).
Knowledge of Six Sigma principles for quality control and continuous improvement.
Experience using SolidWorks for 3D modeling and simulation in manufacturing contexts.
Competence in using SAP ERP systems to streamline operations and manage resources effectively.
Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis to identify and solve underlying issues in production.
Understanding of ISO 9001 Compliance to maintain and improve the quality management system.

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to ensure product specifications are met and optimized for manufacturability.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Create detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and ensure accuracy and compliance with ISO standards.
Conduct process optimization initiatives to improve production workflows and reduce cycle times.
Monitor and analyze production data to implement quality control measures and ensure Six Sigma standards are upheld.
