Job Description Job Title: Mobile Robotics Operations (Delivery & Customer Success) Experience : 15 + Years Location : Gurgaon (Haryana) Overview : As a Mobile Robotics Operations Specialist focusing on delivery and customer success, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of mobile robotics systems for delivery services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of mobile robots to facilitate efficient delivery operations. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving any customer issues or inquiries related to the mobile robotics delivery service. Responsibilities: Deployment Management: Coordinate the deployment of mobile robotics systems for delivery operations, including installation, configuration, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Installation, Commissioning, Production, Product Management, Quality Control & Software Control to ensure seamless integration of mobile robots into existing delivery processes. Maintenance and Monitoring: Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting to ensure the optimal performance of mobile robotics systems. Monitor the health and status of robots remotely and address any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Route Optimization: Utilize data analytics and algorithms to optimize delivery routes and schedules, maximizing efficiency and minimizing delivery times. Continuously evaluate and refine routing strategies based on performance metrics and operational feedback. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to uphold the reliability and accuracy of deliveries conducted by mobile robots. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operating and servicing mobile robotics systems. Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations related to mobile robotics delivery services. Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for delivery personnel and other stakeholders on the proper use and maintenance of mobile robotics systems. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the effective adoption of robotics technology. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or robotics industry. Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of robotics systems and automation technologies. Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools such as Excel, Python, or MATLAB. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges. Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support and deployment activities.
