Assisting and managing Residential transactions
Managing clients and transactions end to end, from site visits, shortlisting, negotiations, and paperwork closure.
Managing buy & sell company mandates leading to successful closures.
Pitch for adding more exclusive sale mandates and execution.
Focus on lead generation & industry networking.
Manages and supports Corporate Real Estate involving tracking sale information, property values, new and upcoming launches, and real estate assignments.
Works closely with all business lines of Colliers like OS, Retail, Industrial, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure maximum collaboration.
Closely tracks all Residential transaction activity in the city

Additional Information

Should have an experience of at least 5-8 years in real estate/Hospitality.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to connect with HNI customers.
Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of relevant micro markets.
Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents.
Ability to interact and connect with HNI clients and have a consultative solution-oriented approach.
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
