Qualification Required : B.E/ B.Tech- Mining Engineer with 1st Class mining certificateExperience Required : Minimum 15-20 Years (Mining Operations), specific to big open cast mines as a section head. With adequate experience in haul road maintenance, motivating and leading the entire team as a section in charge.Objective: To achieve 3 trips per hour with the lead of 3 Km.JOB RESPONSIBILITY:1. The full responsibility in coordinating and motivating the entire team for achieving 3 trips per hour with the lead of 3Km.2. To identify the productive group who are experts Dumper Operator, Grader Operator and respective trainers3. To identify and replace slow operators in shift and must train dumpers operators to drive best to the given conditions at the benchmark speed set.4. To constantly monitor the report of performance of dumper/grader/loading Operators.5. To communicate loading / Dumping area repairs for better spotting to shift controller6. To check with Dumper expert operators any particular dumper for loaded haul speed in both flat, upgradient and down gradient roads7. To coordinate with Shift controller based on the reports for better grading and road maintenance.8. To communicate any specific dumper maintenance related issues causing low performance of operator and coordinate with the mechanical department Head for immediate solution in maintenance of the equipment's9. To make sure with the help of trainer for Zero spotting10. Promptly reporting any accidents, injuries, or mechanical faults to management and or the appropriate authority11. Complying with all safety rules and regulations12. Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned13. Prepare Dumper operators vs Dumper expert performance reports, along with the training reports of the slow dumper operators who was in training
