Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for brand positioning.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads, influencer collaborations).
  • Plan seasonal and festive promotions aligned with consumer trends.
  • Organize high-impact retail events, exhibitions, and jewellery previews.
  • Manage content creation, catalogues, lookbooks, and creative campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor campaign ROI and optimize strategies for better performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or retail.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and event management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Photoshop, CRM, etc.).
  • Willing to travel to various locations as per the requirement of the company.
