- Lead digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads, influencer collaborations).
- Plan seasonal and festive promotions aligned with consumer trends.
- Organize high-impact retail events, exhibitions, and jewellery previews.
- Manage content creation, catalogues, lookbooks, and creative campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign ROI and optimize strategies for better performance.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant field.
- 5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or retail.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and event management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Photoshop, CRM, etc.).
- Willing to travel to various locations as per the requirement of the company.
