Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with at least 5 years of professional experience working directly within a purchasing team at a large organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase request management, vendor engagement, and contract initiation. Proficiency in Coupa and OneTrust platforms is essential.Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Operations
  • Review, validate, and process purchase requisitions in alignment with organizational policies and budget controls.
  • Ensure proper structuring of purchasing requests, including accurate categorization, scope definition, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure audit readiness.
Vendor Management & Sourcing
  • Initiate first-round negotiations with vendors, focusing on pricing, delivery terms, and service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sourcing requirements and evaluate supplier capabilities.
  • Support supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with OneTrust-driven privacy and risk protocols.
System & Process Management
  • Utilize Coupa for requisition tracking, approval workflows, and spend analysis.
  • Ensure data integrity and timely updates within procurement systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
  • Ensure procurement activities align with internal controls, legal standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to support contract reviews and risk assessments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within a large enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Coupa and OneTrust platforms.
  • Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle, including requisition management, RFx processes, and vendor negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
