We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with at least 5 years of professional experience working directly within a purchasing team at a large organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase request management, vendor engagement, and contract initiation. Proficiency in Coupa and OneTrust platforms is essential.Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Operations
- Review, validate, and process purchase requisitions in alignment with organizational policies and budget controls.
- Ensure proper structuring of purchasing requests, including accurate categorization, scope definition, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure audit readiness.
- Initiate first-round negotiations with vendors, focusing on pricing, delivery terms, and service levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sourcing requirements and evaluate supplier capabilities.
- Support supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with OneTrust-driven privacy and risk protocols.
- Utilize Coupa for requisition tracking, approval workflows, and spend analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and timely updates within procurement systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Ensure procurement activities align with internal controls, legal standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to support contract reviews and risk assessments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within a large enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Coupa and OneTrust platforms.
- Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle, including requisition management, RFx processes, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
