JOB DESCRIPTION: Travelling to sites, when necessary. Taking measurements of distances and angles on a property or section of land. Performing mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements. Marking and delineating boundaries and reference points on a property or section of land. Analysing data using plans, maps, charts, Layout drawings, and software such as AutoCAD Preparing the survey reports, Detailed topographical survey, Processing and analyzing survey data. Making and Detailed Drawings of Factory, Commercial, office, and Residence with Proper Measurement. Preparation of Bulk Material stock statement every month. Provide information to the Project manager and meet weekly to ensure that the data and information are updated regularly. Proper Coordination with all departments -Structure, Architecture, Planning, Projects, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Good knowledge of Auto CAD & M.S. Office and 2 years of Experience in operating Total Station as well as Auto Level in Building Projects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
