- Morning reporting of the team, taking commitments, daily plan sharing.
- Prepare updated District-wise School and Colleges list & bifurcation w.r.t. Unit & Non Unit.
- School/Coaching's visit in deputed area & movement along with an Executive to support.
- Monitor team member's activities during School/coaching's visits and improve their workings through Field training.
- To ensure that every team member carries sufficient resources with them and moves accordingly with their day plan.
- To ensure that every team member should carry with him/her all the relevant information about their school, i.e. Last year enrolled student's data from that school.
- To ensure data collected from the various mediums should be properly recorded and should be sent to CU well on time.
- To ensure the Vendors all across the state to give easy access to students over our Offline CUCET forms.
- To conduct timely training sessions for the team member's regarding Presentation skills and Product Knowledge.
- One on One discussion over every school with the designated member in order to plan for what to do and how to do.
- To prepare a proper reporting and monitoring structure to get the maximum access to track team members over field and to cross-verify their daily working and outcomes.
- To make timely coordination with team members and record their working accordingly before winding up the day.
- To do time to time calls monitoring to cross verify the remarks put by the team members.
- Weekly performance reviews of every team member keeping Zonal Manager in loop & sharing the feedback on email.
- Take care for office administration and operations for proper functioning of the office without any hurdles.
- Office Bills preparation and sharing with HO timely to avoid any kind of funds issue.
- All Exam coverage and promotional activities planning and conduction on ground along with team and timely sharing of reports & bills with HO in provided formats.
- Recruitment plan and execution for open positions in his team to avoid manpower crunch.
- Taking action on undisciplined & non-productive team members in organization interests.
- Targets Achievement must be monitored closely person wise, office wise & state wise in order to ensure 100% achievement. Responsible for his individual targets and team targets too.
- To gather market intel and inform the seniors about competitor's actions in their state or region.
- Time to time team motivation sessions to boost team morale and energy.
- To monitor office branding and outside branding (Hoardings) and update HO if anything needs upgrading.
- Maintain files (Softcopy & Hardcopy) for Newspaper Adv., Walk-in at office, Material incoming and outgoing, Assets allocation & POS payments.
- Implementation of HO guidelines judiciously in his team members to avoid any conflict later on.
