1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
Proficiency in inside sales, presales, lead generation, and outbound sales processes
Experience in call center operations is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work remotely and independently with a high level of self-motivation

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct inside sales activities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Engage in presales activities to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Generate leads through outbound sales processes and cold calling
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
