Description & RequirementsKEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES·

Document and execute test cases
Go Getter Attitude and Quick Learner
Experience in working in various product Integrations end to end
Knowledge of any ERP and Business Processes will be preferred
Hands on with Bug tracking tools, reporting from them
Knowledge of automation and ability to automate the tests will be added advantage
Knowledge of performance testing using Load Runner will be an added advantage
Ability to understand customer issues, create the test scenarios based on the information and reproduce the issue in house

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU NEED:

Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline
Experience/knowledge in manual/automation/performance testing would be added advantage
Good Communication skills and ability to work with across teams
Technical knowledge on - SQL, XML, Cloud and Web based development technologies
Used any of the bug tracking tool

POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking for Quality Analyst Associate with 0-2 years of experience with following core attributes -

Understands customer perspective and designs the tests accordingly
Well acquainted with Web based testing for enterprise products
Self-disciplined, organized and detail oriented - able to execute pre-defined tasks on day-to-day basis and meets the release timelines
Based on understanding ensures that the test coverage is there for the product feature
Demonstrates good technical knowledge and should show interest in understanding product architecture and design
Ability to find critical issues in the product development stage, should be able to find the corner cases during the development time frame
Should be skilled enough to create different test scenarios with different product versions and is able to find the root cause of the issue
Excellent Communication Skills (Written, Verbal, team work and issue resolution)
Knowledge of Performance testing and automated test execution scripts development will be an added advantage.
