As a Lead Devops engineer, you will be involved in building and scaling services in a cloud environment using latest available tools & technologies to support our proprietary SaaS platforms. - To work throughout the development lifecycle to create a seamless pipeline of work from development through production.
- To manage & administer application deployment to web servers (IIS, Nginx, Apache).
- To Manage CI/CD tools like Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker for continuous integration and for end-to-end automation for all build and deployments on Linux as well as Windows environments
- To manage DevOps/Build and Release process with maturity to help, define and automate the deployments
- To collaborate with infrastructure teams on automation of infrastructure provisioning
- To create, document, and maintain DevOps best practices to be followed by product teams relative to continuous delivery, automation and zero downtime deployments.
- To manage installation & configuration on source controller tools like GitHub / BitBucket
- To write shell scripts (Bash), Python and PowerShell for setting up baselines, branching, merging, and automation processes across the environments using SCM tools like GIT, Subversion (SVN), Stash
- To troubleshoot production issues to address technical commitments and boost sustainability as well as perform root cause analysis of production errors
- To lead a team of devops engineers
- Hands on experience working with any cloud (preferably AZURE cloud)
- Create, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, NuGet, and
- Hands on experience managing configurations & deployment for windows & Linux based OS
- Hands on experience for deployments (Preferable - MySQL, Redis, Elastic,
- Hands on experience for GitHub (preferable) or BitBucket
- Knowledge and understanding of system flow charts, data processing concepts, and virtual
- Strong understanding of DevOps and build automation in a continuous delivery
- Good understanding of Cloud security & networking components as well as Cloud API
- Familiarity with database deployment tools.
- Application Gateways interacting with certificates and underlying networking.
