About Marketing
The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the Axis Brand and building scale for subsidiaries. The Key role of the marketing function is to influence consumer behavior & help the various businesses of the bank achieve their business goals by developing a cohesive brand & marketing strategy that drives awareness, affinity & therefore consideration for Brand Axis. Marketing department is also the custodian of Brand Axis, (i.e.) What does the Brand stand for, Our Brand Philosophy etc. .
About the Role
The role of Marketing Manager � Retail Branding is to develop market strategies and execute them efficiently to deliver growth and meet the business requirements as posed. It is more of a strategic role that allows the creativity index of an individual to be utilized at its maximum capacity. Also innovation is a key tool for this role. Effectiveness and innovativeness is pre requisite for all marketing campaigns as they need to be designed and put forth on all mediums.
Key Responsibilities� Develop and execute market strategies to deliver growth and meet business objectives.� Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums like Digital, Mobile, Print, Radio and activation.� Work closely with product and be instrumental in creating relevant product offerings and launch new products to scale business.�� Liaison with multiple stakeholders internally - product / distribution / circle and external agencies.
Qualifications�Marketing experience would be preferred� in Banking/ FMCG/ CD or account management experience in creative agencies and MBA degree from a reputed institution
Role Proficiencies:� Manage projects seamlessly, which are dependent on cross functions delivery.Manage and influence key stakeholders.� Innovation mind set and agile thinking to leverage on the new age technology.� Balance of right and left brained, i.e. draws value from data, understand consumer behavior, efficacy of programs, pick up trends and patterns that can lead to better marketing strategies.Skills:Refer to the Job DescriptionAbout Company:Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India.
