Security Sales Manager

• Search, evaluation and selection of specialists and managers.

• Executive search projects based on meeting our clients’ specific needs, which are carried out locally or nationally.

• Analysis of competition faced by sector and by function, benchmarking

• Integrated evaluation techniques such as assessments and definition of psychological profiles, with the support of our specialists.

• A service to the client founded on years of experience in companies

• Providing timely, high level support and advice to management on a range of business issues.
• Driving sales for security, housekeeping and manpower supply.
• Driving contracts/sites of security/housekeeping/multifacility .

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Business development / Commercial sales Manager or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Real Estate, Manufacturing and Other Security Services industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
