Site Experience lead, People Services Onsite Specialist and all OB stakeholders to ensure employee onboarding is seamless and welcoming for all employees
Sends New Hire Arrival Information to hires
Conducts Weekly New Hire Orientation Program
Coordinates with onsite People Services HRA to ensure employee documentation and system onboarding is managed for all New Hires
Coordinates Hardware with IT
Coordinates workspace
Coordinate Security Access
Coordinates EHS Activities
Coordinates and distributes Welcome Kits
Assists in the collection & validation of background verification and Payroll set up in conjunction with site People Services HRA
Supports the administration of site experience activities
