Our Client is Company of medical scrubs (dress for doctors and surgeons) who is looking for a skilled problem solver to join the team as Business Analyst Lead. This company is Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, with offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai, they are the world s largest manufacturer of medical scrubs (uniform apparel). They distribute its products through multiple channels including 3rd party retail, wholly owned retail ecommerce sites, and corporate branded sites. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the customer experience and will be well-trained in product knowledge and processes that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to complete the tasks. Job Position: Business Analyst Experience: 1-2 years Location: Iscon Crossroads, Ahmedabad Gujarat Employee Strength: 100 employees Job Duration Permanent / full time /work from office CTC: upto 6 LPA depending on experience Office Timing: 11 am to 8 pm or 12 pm to 9 pm (Monday to Friday) ( required flexibility in case of any task or activity) Requirements Monitoring day-to-day operations of marketplace business units. Including Amazon, Walmart, and others. Report and independently maintain key marketplace business metrics (e.g., analyzing YTD, monthly/weekly/daily sales performance, actuals to forecast & plan, P&L line items, and competitor/market intelligence). Monitor bottom-line profitability and top-line sales to ensure strategic objectives are being met in alignment with company OKRs. Provide cross-functional support to internal departments and management to provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support urgent decision making. Assist in month-end reporting of entire marketplace business performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to data analysis and business intelligence. Qualifications And Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in ecommerce or retail. Experience in Amazon and common marketplace software tools (e.g., Helium 10, Keepa) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. Power user in Excel comfortable slicing big data, automating reports, and managing complex formulas (e.g., Nested IFS, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
