- Analyze client requirements, translate them into technical designs, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Lead the technical team, provide guidance in code development, and take ownership of delivery within SLAs.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure the quality check of developed components.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of at least two end-to-end implementation projects.
- Communicate effectively with functional consultants and clients to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Possess high-level functional and process flow knowledge in core areas such as Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
- Minimum 14 years of experience in Oracle EBS Technical architecture and development.
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS modules including but not limited to Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, configuration, and integration capabilities.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Certification in Oracle EBS or relevant technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of Infosys methodologies and practices would be advantageous.
