Project Management:Establish, review and implement project management approach for upgradation of utilities, building infra and stakeholders
requirements.
Asset Maintenance & Management : Buildings & and Utilities: Establish and review the building and utilities management process to ensure on-time availability and initiate improvement plans. Plan and oversee the implementation of Soft services in the plant to ensure House-keeping, Estate/garden maintenance
Budget Controlling and Investment Planning: Planning of budgets for the upkeep of utilities as per inputs from site assessments / stakeholders requirements. Prepare roadmap for equipment replacement and upgrades for
managing obsolescence including spares planning
Sustainability: Formulate the strategy, monitor & Implement the projects for
achieving regional and global Sustainability targets.
Propose investments for achieving Sustainability targets (energy efficiency, water conservation)
People Management: Drive GPTW culture and encourage team competency for development in technical & digital fields. Collaborate with all stake holders, peer group in the organisation. Identify and manage IFMS contractor agencies to meet departmental objectives.
Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance related to EHS topics , testing of
electrical utilities, testing of pressure vessels, material handling
equipment's, water treatments, drinking water.
CSR Activities: Collaborate with CSR team to implement infrastructure projects to develop community
Transportation : Manage and oversee the company owned vehicles in the plant
Security Services:Manage and oversee the deployment of secuirty services, ensuring compliance as per defined standards and norms, liasioning/networking with civil authoritiesQualifications
- B.Tech. / B.E Mechanical/ Electrical
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. Certified Facility Manager (CFM)) will be an advantage
'* Competent in Project Management skills for Infrastructure projects
- Awareness of norms as applicable e.g GR guidelines, IATF 16949, OHSAS, NBC, IE rules 1956, ISHRAE/ASHRAE guideline etc
- Competent in basic financial concepts and cost benefit analysis (Fixed cost, variable cost, VA, etc.)
- Competent in concept of HVAC systems, Electrical Power distribution system, Digitalisation, Building maintenance, Water Treatment Plants, Waste handling etc.
- Communication and influencing skills, in person & in writing with internal/external stakeholders. Analytical & Problem solving and decision making skills
- Positive, innovative and forward thinking towards organisation's vision

- Knowledge in planning, design & execution of MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Experience in Liasoning with Statutory bodies.
