The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational activities with a strong focus on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position is integral to empowering teams through effective management practices while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs). The Track Lead will drive innovation in processes and enhance operational efficiencies within the organization.(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Systems By Implementing And Managing Azure Iaas Solutions To Streamline Information Flow, Improve Management Reporting, And Optimize Business Processes.2. Lead The Support Team In Understanding Client Requirements And Ensure That Service Delivery Aligns With Client Expectations By Utilizing Azure Kubernetes For Scalable Application Deployment.3. Mentor And Guide Project Team Members, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals Using Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Principles With Terraform In Azure Environments.4. Introduce Innovative Ideas And Process Improvements, Leveraging Windows Azure Paas Capabilities To Enhance Organizational Efficiency And Operational Effectiveness.5. Provide Tailored Solutions In Line With Customer Needs By Analyzing Operational Environments And Utilizing Azure Iaas And Iac Technologies To Drive Tangible Business Results.Skill Requirements
