Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IC, EC or Electrical Engineering.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or technical support in Industrial Automation (PLC, HMI, SERVO, VFD, etc.)
Good knowledge of automation, instrumentation, controls, and sensors
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude
Experience in PLC, HMI, Servo & VFD programming, is a plus
Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and HMI is a plus
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adapt to rapidly changing situations
