Job Description:Job Title: Events Head - Township Launch & Experience ManagementWorking Days: 6 days a week
Industry: Real Estate (Luxury / Townships)Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Events Head to lead, plan, and execute all events related to the launch and ongoing activation of our premium township project. This role will oversee the entire event lifecycle-from concept creation to execution-ensuring exceptional brand experience, guest management, and seamless event flow that aligns with the vision of the township.A real estate events background will be strongly preferred, especially experience in launching luxury projects, large-format developments, or premium lifestyle properties.Key Responsibilities:Event Strategy & Planning
  • Develop the full events roadmap for the township launch, pre-launch, post-launch, and ongoing activations.
  • Create innovative concepts that highlight the township's luxury positioning and unique offerings.
  • Plan and manage experiential touchpoints such as showcase events, influencer visits, client walkthroughs, themed events, and collaborations.
Execution & Operations
  • Lead end-to-end event execution including décor, production, logistics, hospitality, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, HR, security, operations, and site teams.
  • Overlook on-ground event flow, guest journey, F&B arrangements, and protocol handling.
  • Conduct regular site checks to maintain event readiness across the township.
Vendor & Budget Management
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage all event vendors (production houses, agencies, décor teams, entertainment, AV, F&B, etc.).
  • Create and maintain event budgets ensuring cost efficiency with premium quality delivery.
  • Ensure timely approvals, contracts, and documentation for every event.
Job Expectations:Stakeholder & Client Management
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align events with brand and sales goals.
  • Handle VIP guest hosting, investor visits, and premium clientele experiences.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism, communication, and brand representation at every touchpoint.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, luxury brands, or real estate (preferred).
  • Strong background in executing large-scale events and premium launches.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with flexibility.
  • Strong vendor network and understanding of luxury event aesthetics.
