We're looking for an experienced developer to join our growing CRM team. The CRM Developer will be responsible for the development, customization, and integration of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, including Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, including experience with CRM software, database design, programming, and software development methodologies. The CRM Developer will work closely with business users, IT staff, and third-party vendors to ensure that CRM systems are fully integrated and optimized to meet our needs. This dynamic position provides an excellent opportunity for experienced developers to expand their CRM platform development skills and join an industry-leading, internationally recognized FX and CFD Broker. Requirements: Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including customizing and configuring Salesforce applications. Strong experience with JavaScript, Java, (Core Java 8 + concurrency / Spring Framework), and HTML Strong experience with SOAP and REST APIs Thorough knowledge of coding best practices, and general OOP concepts and design patterns Experience with advanced APEX programming concepts including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, and efficient, reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations. Passion for working within an Agile development methodology and collaborative team environment Detail-oriented approach prioritizing great quality of work and high standards Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage several projects/features per sprint Proficient in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning Framework. Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize CRM software applications based on the requirements of the organization Collaborate with business users to identify CRM feature and process needs which business analysts can translate into functional requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions. Create technical design documents and present them to project teams for review. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce. Customize Salesforce to support business processes, including automation, flows, and validation rules. Integrate Salesforce with other applications using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Develop and execute test plans, including unit tests, system tests, and user acceptance testing. Identify and resolve issues and bugs according to business service level agreements. Manage deployments between Salesforce environments using best practices and version control. Monitor and troubleshoot deployment-related issues. Keep up-to-date records of changes and improvements to the Salesforce platform. Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications to ensure efficient data processing and response times. Identify and address bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Implement and maintain data governance best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security within Salesforce. Develop data migration and data cleansing strategies when necessary. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices and industry regulations Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce-related inquiries. Perform regression testing to validate changes and updates. Investigate and resolve technical issues and errors in Salesforce and related systems. Conduct code reviews for junior developers and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices. Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams as the Salesforce technical lead. Assist with defining project milestones and deliverables related to Salesforce development. Continuously improve and update technical documentation to reflect changes and enhancements to the Salesforce platform. Stay current with Salesforce trends and innovations, and recommend the adoption of new technologies and best practices to enhance the Salesforce platform's capabilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and aligning Salesforce solutions accordingly. Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants for Salesforce-related projects and integrations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Participate in the development and testing of Salesforce disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure data availability in case of disruptions. Ensure that code is well-documented to facilitate easy maintenance and future development by other team members. Additional Qualifications: 5+ Year(s) of Salesforce or CRM Developer experience Experience with multiple CRM platforms is highly preferred. Examples include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, and ZohoCRM. Experience with integration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Jitterbit is a plus. Strong interest in creating unique solutions which directly impact business success is a plus Strong interest in automation and business process improvement endeavors is a plus Experience with relational databases and SQL is a plus Experience with Visualforce, Triggers, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Force Bulk API and Metadata API, and comparable technologies in other CRM platforms is a plus All Technementals Innovation India Private Limited employees must be eligible to work in India.
